Initially matured in ex bourbon casks and then finished in a variety of assorted wine casks, the exact details retired master distiller and legendary whisky maker, Jim McEwan, never disclosed. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 49. 2%. Nose: Rich and plump with sugared grapes and thick honey along with hints of
