Napoleon III Nécessaire, "Toilette" Etui, Case with Scissors, 6 Implements Inside French Paste mostly visible from the backThe little vest pocket picnic "ncessaire" (necessary) is complete with most of the original implements and a tiny added in antique pocket knife to fill in the only opening whose original item has gone missing. The wine corkscrew folds in a sturdy hing, the scissors are sharp, file, pocket knife and folding toothpick are all nearly perfect and so is the outer leather etui or case. One of the nicest of these I've ever found from this era. Many survive
