This has a lovely pale rose colour and has been made using premium gin with aromatic bitters

Smoked haddock in warm butter, really kipper like with savoury peat smoke that gives way to burnt rubber. The palate is intense as you could expect from a nose like this one, soft, sweet peat to start almost medicinal. But this gives to really nice fruits like blueberries and apricots, cracked black pepper. A super approachable, unadulterated peated Islay malt.
