Hunter Hill is a coastal site with weathered sandstone tucked into the redwoods, and Kadlecek vineyard is just minutes away from the winery on a steep southern exposure. Both are farmed organically. 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed on top. A gentle maceration lasting until dryness. Pressed and sent to neutral French oak barrel for 10 months of sur lies aging.
